Privilege of Choice

Living in a modern world is interesting. Growing up as a kid in an analog world, our choices were fairly limited. The things we knew, and things we ought to know only arrived in bite-sized pieces.

Fast forward to the present, we are now bombarded with choices of things that "we could be", of lives "we should live". It's a great great thing, but also paralyzing.

Not all have this privilege of choice though. The fact that you can read this from your phone is a sign of that privilege, that you are well-connected to the world - to see other people living a life that you can say "I want to do that too".
